ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR PARTNERS WITH METRONATIONAL TO BUILD NEW HOUSTON CORPORATE OFFICES

HOUSTON - Enterprise Rent-A-Car will relocate its Houston area administrative and fleet services offices to 3.8 acres of land in Spring Shadows at Clay and Gessner owned by MetroNational. Construction on the new two-story, 30,000 square-foot build to suit office will begin at the end of the month with occupancy slated for June 2003.

Morris Architects will design the building and Anslow Bennett Construction will be the builder. Ted Carey with Realty Services Group acted as broker on behalf of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Randy Nerren of MetroNational Corporation represented the landlord.

"This new location's additional space and easy access to I-10 and Beltway 8 will enable us to better serve both our customers and employees," said Brett Nann, vice president and general manager of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the Houston area."

With almost four acres of land, we are able to accommodate the special parking requirements of Enterprise as well as the potential for future office growth," said Randy Nerren of MetroNational.

In addition to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, new development at Clay and Gessner in Spring Shadows includes the newly opened Lodge @ Spring Shadows Apartments and Westside YMCA which is currently under construction.
