Greenside is a thoughtfully designed redevelopment transforming former industrial buildings into a vibrant, community-focused destination in the heart of Memorial City. Developed in collaboration with Radom Capital, Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, and Endurance Builders, the project will feature a mix of local restaurants, curated retail, and a collection of greenspaces and patios.
