According to an October 2015 report, Memorial City Mall ranked 29th nationally in Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research’s Top 100 Malls. Memorial City Mall also came in as the 20th ranked enclosed mall in the United States and number 3 Mall in the state of Texas. Criteria for this report is based on several factors including sales per square foot, total number of stores, GLA square feet, total number of stores, population, and average household income within a 20-mile radius.
